Directions (Map)
From the South or North A19
- Take exit A1231 to Sunderland (signposted Stadium of Light)
- Continue on A1231 approximately 2 miles ( River on your right) and at 4th roundabout turn left
- Travel up road and turn right at junction into North Hylton Road (Arriva Ford garage on left)
- Travel along North Hylton Road past Sunderland College
- When you get to the Torrens pub turn next right into Southwick Ind Est
- Units D, E, F & G are on the left
From the South or North A1 (M)
- Leave the A1 (M) at junction 62 (signposted Durham / Sunderland)
- Follow the sighns A690 to Sunderland
- Continue for approximately 10 miles on the A690 until you come to roundabout signposted A19 turn left onto A19
- Take 2nd exit (A1231)
- Follow instructions as above
